Hello all. It's been a week. Our power returned Saturday evening, which we're very grateful for. Driving along Magazine yesterday (Sunday), late afternoon, I could not spot any businesses that had reopened yet, though much of Magazine seems to have their power back as well. I understand even if no damage was sustained, many employees/business owners have left town and much of the city is still without power and in disaster mode.

My question is, for those still here in town when are you anticipating reopening? I could reopen now but a corset boutique being the only thing open on Magazine St. seems a little tone deaf.
