Board of Directors Information
Seat Requirements
- Must have a current occupational license for business on the Magazine St. corridor (between Camp-Constance st)
- Must currently be a member in good standing (in year of nomination as well as Board term)
- Must be able to participate in Board Meeting on 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6pm (virtually or in person as appropriate)
- Must serve on at least 1 Committee
Nomination Information
- Board member nominations will be accepted in September
- Board elections will take place at our annual meeting, typically held in October.
- There are up to 12 positions available.

Committee Information
- Committees are effective for a full calendar year
- All board members serve on at least one committee
- Any MSMA Merchant in good standing can join a committee.
- Committees meet as needed.
